Make Sure You
Definitely Are Clean Before Taking Your Actual Test!
- Urinalysis is the most frequently used and least
expensive form of drug testing used by employers
today, making up approximately 85% of all drug
testing. The results are taken from your urine
sample providing information and indication of
recent drug use. It is fast, accurate, and easy to
perform. These are the same tests that are usually
sold to employers, courts, schools, drug counselors
and rehab centers.
Knowing before you go is a major part of the battle. |
Methamphetamine
Drug Facts
Methamphetamines are drugs
which stimulate the central nervous system and produce an
increase in alertness, speech, and general physical
activity. Some people take methamphetamines illegally in
order to feel more energetic, or to get high; they often
report a euphoric sense of well-being. The extra energy
and euphoria provide a false sense of well-being that can
send users speeding toward disaster quicker than they can
say, I’ll quit using tomorrow.
Can be injected, snorted,
smoked, or ingested orally. Methamphetamine "meth" users
feel a short yet intense "rush" when the drug is initially
administered. The effects of methamphetamine include
increased activity, decreased appetite, and a sense of
well being that can last 6 to 8 hours. The drug has
limited medical uses for the treatment of narcolepsy,
attention deficit disorders, and obesity. The effects of
methamphetamine use can include addiction, psychotic
behavior, and brain damage. Methamphetamine is highly
addictive and users trying to abstain from use may suffer
severe withdrawal symptoms that include depression,
anxiety, fatigue, paranoia, aggression, and relentless,
intense cravings for the drug. Chronic methamphetamine use
can cause violent behavior, anxiety, confusion, and
insomnia.
